DMCC Launches Business Acceleration Initiative

DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), one of the world’s leading free zones, has introduced a targeted package of financial incentives and regulatory adjustments aimed at helping its community of more than 26,000 businesses operate more efficiently and grow with greater confidence.

For companies already operating within DMCC, the centrepiece of the initiative is a tiered licence renewal discount. Businesses that commit to two-year renewals receive a 15% reduction in fees, while those opting for three years receive 20% and five-year commitments attract a 25% saving. Companies looking to scale within the free zone can also benefit from a 20% discount on additional licences.

Beyond the renewal incentives, DMCC is waiving late penalties of up to AED 5,000 for delayed licence renewals and AED 1,000 for late Business Centre lease renewals. Administrative requirements are also being eased temporarily, and members who wish to transition from standard office arrangements to Flexi Desk can do so without incurring security deposit or change-of-address fees. Taken together, these measures are designed to reduce the day-to-day friction of operating within the free zone and to free up cash that businesses can redirect toward growth.

Companies looking to establish themselves within DMCC for the first time can benefit from a 10% discount on one-year licence packages and 20% on multi-year set-ups, with certain programme exclusions applying. Businesses choosing to set up within DMCC Premium Offices at Jewellery and Gemplex, one of the free zone’s most established commercial ecosystems, can access enhanced incentives of more than 15% on one-year packages and more than 20% on multi-year commitments.
