TME Services FZCO advises on company formation, accounting, tax, compliance and administration in the United Arab Emirates and is licensed for that work by the DMCC Authority in Dubai.

The company is not a German Steuerberater, Rechtsanwalt or Wirtschaftsprüfer, holds no German professional admission and is entered in no German professional register. It gives no assistance in tax matters within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act (StBerG) and provides no legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). Questions on German law or German tax belong with an adviser admitted in Germany, and we work alongside one whenever a case needs it.
