What does an AMC cover?
An annual maintenance contract covers the agreed devices and systems for the year: support when something breaks, updates, and a fixed person to call.
Where is our data stored?
That is a decision, not an accident. Some clients need data inside the UAE for regulatory reasons, others prefer a European region. We set it up the way your obligations require.
Can you set up the IT before the company exists?
In part. Domains, mail and devices can be prepared early, though some services need a trade license in the company name. We sequence it with the formation.
