Financial statements your auditor can work with.
We prepare your financial statements to international standards and guide you through the yearly audit, from the first document request to the signed report.

- STEP 3
We answer the auditor
Document requests and questions come to us, not to your desk.

Questions
What clients ask us
Does my UAE company need an audit?
It depends on where you are registered. Many free zones require an audited financial statement before they renew a license, and mainland companies are required to keep audited records. We tell you what your authority asks for.
Do you audit the statements yourselves?
No, and that is the point. The audit is done by an external auditor, which is what keeps it independent. We prepare the statements and guide the audit to the signed report.
When does the financial year end?
Most UAE companies run January to December, but your license or your parent company may say otherwise. The date you pick also sets your corporate tax filing deadline, so it is worth deciding deliberately.
What do you need from us?
Your books, bank statements, contracts and the previous report if there is one. If we already run your accounting, we have most of it.
